New Senior Executives Take EQHO from Great to World-Class
Yvan Hennecart, James Keddie and Kang Wee Peng form the new executive management team
EQHO Globalization Pte Ltd today announced a new executive management team to accelerate EQHO’s world-class language services strategy. As part of these changes, Yvan Hennecart has been brought on as Chief Operating Officer, James Keddie has been promoted to Chief Sales Officer, and Kang Wee Peng has been promoted to Director of Business Support Services. The executive team will report to EQHO’s Group CEO.
“Although the EQHO brand is known globally and is synonymous with high quality language services, we are at an important point in our 20-year history,” said Phanitanan Sanitprachakorn, EQHO’s Group CEO. “Our ‘Great to World-Class’ strategy will allow us to build a much more robust infrastructure so we can launch new strategic initiatives, provide scalability to our operations, and support the innovative product offerings that we soon will be releasing.”
Yvan Hennecart, a 20-year localization industry veteran, will provide Operational Excellence leadership and direction across the company, globally. His experience in building large-scale operational teams for SDL and expertise in integrating technology will help to scale internal capabilities, deliver real-time customer intelligence and broaden EQHO’s service offerings.
With 15-years’ localization industry experience working with LanguageWire and Gengo, as EQHO’s Chief Sales Officer, James Keddie will lead worldwide sales and marketing operations. He will coordinate strategic account growth, create go-to-market systems to support geographic and vertical market expansion, and will deliver EQHO’s world-class customer service strategy.
Additionally, Kang Wee Peng joins EQHO from Lionbridge where he most recently oversaw the Lionbridge Centre for Excellence in Singapore. Wee Peng brings 15-years’ industry experience to EQHO. As Director for Business Support Services, he will spearhead EQHO’s Research & Development department while supporting department managers to implement world-class standards and processes throughout the company.
