Senior Human Resource Officer – Bangkok


Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment team in the recruitment process. Monitor and ensure recruitment KPIs are achieved

  • Human Resources Development

  • Develop and implement policies on issues; working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absent management

  • Calculate the employee benefit payment in supporting to F&A department on top of all payroll related reporting, reports, and information maintenance.

  • Keep up to date with Labor laws changes and take the necessary steps/actions to ensure compliance

  • Manage complaint and labor conflict

  • Planning & reporting

  • Collect and analyze the data relating to the HR process 

  • Visa & Work Permit Procedures

  • Support in all HRM and HRD related tasks/activities

  • Support HR Manager in creation of annual budget

 

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in human resources, particularly in the areas of recruitment, compensation and recognition plans, visa & work permits

  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Self-starter focused on achieving goals, proactive approach

  • Mature personality motivated by providing high-level services, able to take full responsibility for the results of the position

  • Good organization, coordination, planning and control skills

  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment

  • Ability to lead the team

  • Experience in immigration and BOI process would be advantageous
