Senior Human Resource Officer – Bangkok


Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Employee Management

  • Recruitment & Employee Management

  • Payroll & Compensation Scheme Management

  • Compliance Management

  • Strategic Planning on human resource management and development


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in human resources, particularly in the areas of recruitment, compensation and recognition plans, visa & work permits

  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English

  • Good communication and presentation skills

  • Self-starter focused on achieving goals, proactive approach

  • Mature personality motivated by providing high-level services, able to take full responsibility for the results of the position

  • Good organization, coordination, planning and control skills

  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment

  • Ability to lead team

  • Experience in immigration and BOI process would be advantageous
