Translator


Responsibilities:

  • Translate in accordance with the purpose of the translation project and provide a service conforming to the International standard.

  • Check and ensure that the task is compliant with any relevant translation project specifications.

  • Proofread, and do other linguistic tasks from English into his/her language and vice versa.

  • Implement client changes to the translation and update the ITD file as required.

  • Provide linguistic assistance to other departments

  • Check the work to ensure compliance with client’s requirement before delivery


Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduated from translation field is acceptable

  • At least 2 years of full-time professional experience in translating plus a recognized graduate qualification in any fields

  • At least 5 years of full-time professional experience in translating

  • Bachelor Degree in Translation or any other fields with a full-time professional experience in translating

  • Ability to work to deadlines

  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
