Localization company EQHO Globalization once again achieves ISO 9001:2008 certification, reaffirming its commitment to World-Class Customer Service
EQHO receives recertification for ISO 9001:2008, the global standard for quality management systems. The Company is now working towards BS EN 15038 and ISO 17100 certification.
In alignment with its customer satisfaction guarantee and dedication to providing World-Class localization services, industry-leading translation and localization company EQHO Globalization Pte. Ltd. announced it has been recertified for ISO 9001:2008 by TUV Rheinland, the world’s largest ISO certification body. Recertification was achieved without the issuance of any corrective action requests (CARs).
ISO 9001 is recognized globally as the standard for quality management systems and organizations in more than 170 countries. Yvan Hennecart, EQHO’s COO, commented, “This success reconfirms that EQHO’s sophisticated localization workflow processes are in place and are being followed, which is ultimately leading to the enhanced customer satisfaction that we are seeing. Our recertification is recognition of our common-sense approach to business and our consistent ability to satisfy our customers. It means our processes and people are delivering an effective service time and time again.”

BS EN 15038, a European standard specifically for translation service providers, considers the core translation process and any other aspects related to its delivery. Among its standout features are:
