Business Development Manager

 

Responsibilities:

  • Create a sales plan to target medium/ large sized companies across the target market.

  • Perform telemarketing/email activities to generate interest and confirm meetings to present EQHO’s services.

  • Conduct presentations to the management and stakeholders of prospective clients.

  • Work with clients to solve problems and develop effective solutions that address business requirements, with a focus on process optimization and automation.

  • Prepare proposals that clearly present solutions to address client business requirements.

  • Coordinate the start-up of new projects with production staff, including engineering and project management in kick-off meetings.

  • Develop an account expansion strategy to increase the average order size, the total order amount, and the use of services.

  • Be the first escalation point for customer satisfaction issues.

  • Develop and update Account Penetration plans periodically.

 

Requirements:

  • Result orientation & high responsibility

  • Business orientation, customer-focused approach (external & internal)

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

  • Able to work under pressure

  • Willingness to learn new skills

  • Proactive

  • Fluent written and spoken English

  • Advanced PC knowledge

  • Understanding the local target market and major industries

  • 5+ years corporate sales or consulting experience

  • 2+ years experience in the localization industry

  • Bachelor Degree in any field

  • Sensitive to/knowledge of languages and inter-lingual issues
