Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a sales plan to target medium/large sized companies across Thailand.

  • Perform prospecting activities over the phone and in person to generate interest in EQHO’s services.

  • Conduct presentations to the management and stakeholders of prospective clients.

  • Work with clients to solve problems and develop effective solutions that address multilingual requirements.

  • Coordinate the start-up of new projects with production staff, including engineering and project management.

  • Develop an effective plan to grow new and existing account revenue.



  • Fluent written and spoken English

  • At least 5 years corporate sales consulting experience.

  • Proven track record in selling solutions, preferably in an IT/digital context, to medium/large corporate clients.

  • Understanding of the local Thai market and major industries.

  • Results-oriented and a higher achiever.

  • Customer-focused approach (external&internal). 

  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.

  • Experience in the localization industry will be advantage.
