For the 7th consecutive year, EQHO Globalization has been asked to teach “Fundamentals of Localization” at Chulalongkorn University, Bangkok.
The course, comprising 15 classes, covers the full scope of localization processes and production, including the management, engineering, DTP and multimedia aspects of the industry.
EQHO’s CEO, K. Phanitanan (Namphon), started things off with an introduction to Globalization, Internationalization, Localization and Translation (GILT), covering localization industry history, workflow, and localization solutions.
The introduction was followed by classes on virtually all aspects of the industry, from both the technical, hands-on aspects of translation to management, sales & marketing, and the latest innovations in technology just around the corner.
Included in the lineup of lecturers are EQHO’s CBO Kang Wee Peng, COO Yvan Hennecart, CSO James Keddie, and Marketing Director Steven Bussey.
In addition, classes on MultiMedia, Engineering & Software, DPT, and Machine Translation are being provided by Chatsaran (Bua), Pornluk (Nok), Luxamee (Noona) and Howard.
